November 24, 2025 – Bordeaux, France – Dronisos, the world leader in drone light shows and Official Technology Provider for Disneyland Paris, today launches a world-first innovation for the upcoming nighttime spectacular Disney Cascade of Lights, on March 29th 2026: luminous floating drones perfectly synchronized with aerial drones, delivering an unprecedented visual spectacle that transforms the skies of Disney Adventure World into a magical, immersive experience.

A New Milestone in Entertainment Robotics for Theme Parks

It is within XLabs, the laboratory dedicated to developing robotic solutions for the entertainment of tomorrow, that the collaboration between Disneyland Paris and Dronisos has taken a new step.

After two years of co-development with Disneyland Paris’s creative and technical teams, and the combined expertise of Dronisos’ engineering team, a completely new generation of autonomous aquatic drones has been created, opening up fresh creative possibilities for nighttime spectaculars.

This milestone is also fully aligned with the vision developed by Dronisos of putting its robotics expertise at the service of live entertainment. Years of R&D paired with field-proven execution have led to this new generation of autonomous vehicles, capable of meeting the technical and artistic ambitions of major entertainment leaders.

A world-first interaction between flying drones and floating drones

At the heart of the new nighttime show presented every evening above Adventure Bay lake, visitors will discover a ballet of 379 drones, combined with giant water screens and all-new special effects.

For the first time in a Disneyland Paris show, flying drones and floating drones will interact within the same performance. This unprecedented combination between air and water sets a new benchmark for immersive nighttime experiences.

This new achievement illustrates Disneyland Paris’s ongoing commitment to innovation in its nighttime spectaculars, while reinforcing Dronisos’ role as the global leader in robotics for live entertainment.
